"Am I there yet?" articulates a journey we take in our minds. The series tries to convey ephemeral moments of yearning. Moments that don't feel natural, moments that could be straight out of fantasy.
The project tries to describe the longing to be desired, noticed, heard, and understood. The project deals with the overwhelming nature of inadequacy and loneliness and its burden on our existence. Through cinematic photographs that symbolize figments of fantasies, "Am I there yet?" tries to tell a story that lives in all of us.
